When will my order dispatch
Your order will dispatch typically within 24hours if not same day.
Can I wear my claw in the shower?
We do not recommend wearing our claws in water as you risk rusting the springs as they are unfortunately not waterproof.
Do your clips break easily?
They’re made to last. We use reinforced construction and strong hardware to prevent snapping or loosening and every clip is backed by a 1 year warranty.
Will my charms tarnish?
No almost all of our charms are made from 14–18kt gold filled adornments, designed to maintain their finish and resist tarnishing over time with proper care.
Can I return or exchange?
We offer a 14-day return period and if you would like to exchange email us at support@sukico.com.au
Do all clips come with a charm ring?
Charm rings are optional. Simply select “With Charm Ring” before adding your clip to cart if you’d like to customise it with charms.
